Dr. P. Mathuraswamy is the Faculty Finance & Accounting, Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME), Chennai with more than 25 years of academic and Industry experience. He has guided 2 M.Phil., Scholars and more than 500 MBA Students. Published 15 papers in International Journals and 10 in National journals and has more than 10 International Conference papers and 10 National Conference papers. He also authored in one book. He specialises in research in the domain of accounting, corporate finance, Investment Management and Behavioural finance. He has completed PhD from Anna University Chennai, M.Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University, MBA from Bharathidasan University, M.Com from Alagappa University, B.Com from Bharathidasan University and Completed UGC-NET Management. Professional member in accounting association, Tamil Nadu investors association and Madras management association.

He has acted various vertical in educational institutions such as IQAC coordinator, NAAC & NBA Member, Central Assessment Process for University Term End Exam (CAP) coordinator and ISO Management representative.
