Swami has joined with 36+ years of experience in Consulting, Solutioning & Delivery, especially in financial services vertical, covering various roles. His expertise covers IT Strategy Consulting, Model building & Underlying Business case generation, Digital Transformation - Ideation through implementation and Program Management. He has worked in various countries and helped establish delivery centres, solution units and program management offices. His work experience includes organisations like NIIT, Cap Gemini, Motorola and HCL Technologies in their consulting, digital and solutioning practices. The last stint of 19 years was spent with HCL in India/Europe. He was recognised as the CEO Champion by the HCL Chairman in 2014 for his outstanding contribution.
