Ms. Arul Thava Mary. A holds an MBA and MA in English, complemented by a B.Ed. and TrinityCertTESOL, making a unique blend of linguistic and business skills. She has 18 years of expertise in the corporate and education domain. She previously worked for ELS Educational Services for 8 years in two locations: India and Japan. She spent 3 years at Kindai University in Japan, teaching communication skills to international studies students. Before that, she worked as an assistant centre manager at ELS Educational Services on the SRM University Campus, managing both academic and administrative responsibilities. Having been taught and connected with over 15 different nationalities, she brings a cross-cultural dimension to the field of education and real-world experiences to the classroom.
